how we use your email

when you join the waitlist we keep:

• your email address, so we can tell you when yourhostsophie opens;
• when you joined;
• which website you came from (just the site's address, nothing more).

we send you one email when you join, to say you're on the list.

we only use it to contact you about yourhostsophie. we don't share it or sell it, and it never leaves our own servers.

it's deleted automatically 365 days after you join, or sooner if you ask: email info@yourhostsophie.com and we'll remove it.

like any website, our web server also keeps a log of requests (your IP address, browser and the time) for up to a year, for security and to keep the service running. it isn't linked to your email address.

to stop the form being abused, we briefly keep a scrambled code made from your IP address (not the address itself), for about an hour at most, then delete it.

these pages don't use cookies, trackers or fonts from anyone else.
